When you call me for the first time, we will arrange a time for an informal 20-minute phone consultation. This free consultation will give us an opportunity to learn a bit more about each other and to talk about what you would like to accomplish in therapy. We can also discuss which modality is most comfortable for you --- in-person, phone, or online video. I welcome any questions you might have that will help you decide if we are a "good fit."
